THE PRINCE WHO LONGS FOR IMMORTALITY
Manna Production, Budapest, Hungary, 2021
In this puppet performance, a desperate prince seeks the elusive World of Immortality, declaring, “Father, I don’t want to die!” The Hungarian folk tale unfolds as a captivating game of chess between Death and Immortality, exploring the enigmatic nature of time and symbolising the challenges of a material crisis.
The performance was nominated for the Hungarian Theatre Critics Award, Best Children’s/Youth Theatre Performance (Budapest, 2022).

The 3-Story Book
Griff Puppet Theatre & University of Theatre and Film Arts, Budapest, Hungary, 2017
This contemporary puppet performance was my thesis at the University of Theatre and Film Arts. The progressive puppet show is my coming-of-age story in which I talk about serious taboo topics: death, the Holocaust, racism, complicated national identity, Hungarian historical traumas. In the
performance I use many different puppet techniques in an experimental post-dramatic structure.
The monodrama was selected for various theater festivals in Hungary & got best puppet world awards at the international puppet festival in Békéscsaba in 2017

Hamlet
Ciróka Puppet Theatre, Kecskemét, Hungary, 2019
This mask performance is a bold and reimagined adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Hamlet, told entirely from Hamlet’s perspective. Set within the depths of his mind and imagination, the story explores a young adult grappling with distrust, a loss of faith in his family, and a profound moral crisis. Consumed by the belief that everyone hides behind a mask, the narrative unfolds through abstraction, blending evocative lighting techniques, striking masks, and post-dramatic stage dramaturgy.
The performance was selected for various theatre festivals in Hungary.
